RED Internet und Phone 100 Cable - NO INTERNET

Hallo,

I received my router last Saturday. I connected the cable to the data port and tried to access via WIFI but no internet connection. I tried calling the customer service hotline several times but I was only hanged-up because I am an English speaker. Before I finish explaining my concern, the other line is cutting the call off. I am new in Germany and I could not speak and understand well in Deutsch. I hope somebody can help me fix the problem.

Did you have a antenna socket with 3 or 2 connections? If it have 2, have you connect it with the antenna sockets adapter?

Have you wifi ordered and can you ceck the connection with ethernet?

Oh finally....

I have 3 connections. I connected the cable in the data port to router.
I am using mobile then, so I tried to connect via WIFI.
I was able to get an access to the WIFI but no internet connection.
The cable were fix very well therefore no reason for loose connection.

I hope this will be fixed as I need an internet soon. But if it takes more time, I'd rather cancel the contract.
How long do you think can send a technician to check the problem? I am available Monday at 1pm
