Vodafone Giga TV box cancellation

Vodafone set me the Giga Tv 4k Box without my concent, my neighbours collected this box.

I sent the box back to the DHL preferred address within 14 days, still vodafone started charging me each month without a cause.

I tried to contact over my vedafone and was told to go for new forum thread.

My vodafone customer service is worst, no one responded on my problem.

I have resigned on my vodafone as well, and still it says, that the earliest cancellation is possible only on 2021.

Why should I pay for something which I am not using?

the contract was concluded in February 2019. According to the information, a consultant had been on site. Can you confirm that and did you sign anything?

I have not signed any document for the Giga TV contract while I have returned back the Giga TV withing the 14 days. 

No Consultant came on site and I have recieved the packet from the neighbours. 

Please find the attached document which has the contract number.

i can offer you in that case to terminate the contract immediately. A retroactive cancellation is unfortunately not possible. You should have contacted us earlier.
