Returning of GigaTV Cable Box

Hi,

I cancelled my Vodafone TV Connect subscription on 07.01.2022. Under the devices section, I don't see any option to return my device (Digital-HD-Recorder GigaTV Cable Box). Below is the info I see under cancellation. What should I do to return my device?
