Hi, I am living in an apartment from Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft GWG "Berliner Bär" e.G.. They have a contract with vodafone for the TV conection.
However, when I connect my TV with the wall mounting antena kable, there is no signal.
Please let me know the procedure to get the conection properly.

The first and only address for this kind of problems is your landlord - as you don't have a contract with Vodafone but with them. They have to take care that the in house cables are ok - and in case they cannot check or repair it by themselves, they'll have to order a technician (that could come from Vodafone, but that's not necessary) to fix the problems.

do you have a contract with Vodafone or not?
Has tv ever worked or has it never been possible?
