URGENT PLEASE HELP! Gigacube contract unable to be terminated

Hello I am within my 30 day usage of the vodafone gigacube and it does not suit our monthly usage.  Only half way through the month and our data has run out.  We want to terminate this contract immediately. The store clerk was very rude and did not let us do this even though when she sold it to us she said it was possible and we did the research that this is possible. She turned us away saying it is not possible even with the form.

 

It seems other users have this same problem....

 

We both use vodafone for our mobile phone provider and we just want to change to a regular router and continue with Vodafone but the customer service at the store is making us question if we want to stay with vodafone at all.

 

Please please please someone advise how we can terminate our gigacbe contract....

Hey LaceB,

I'm sorry to hear that you've had such an unpleasant expirience with our shop.

If you decide to cancle a gigacube early within the 30 days - its always possible with this form.
If the gigacube was handed out in a vodafone shop (and not shipped by a parcel service) , it can only be cancelled early in the shop.

In case the store clerk still is not helpfull, ask for the manager.

The customersupport can not cancle a gigacube early , if its sold in a vodafone shop.
Only contracts that have been made remotely (like via phone , or online).

We will try again on Monday and hopefully a manager will be available. 

 

Our 30 days is approaching at the end of this month and we are worried that we would experience this problem again. Would you have a solution for us should this happen again and we go over the 30 day period? We are okay to also pay a cancellation fee but the unhelpful store clerk told us even that is not possible.

If we cancle a contract early (without a reason like leaving germany f.e.) a cancellation fee would basiclly be all the monthly bills for 24 month combined in a single charge , which would be some 4 digit bill.

This is definitly not what i would advice.

We have the Satisfactionguarantee especially for the gigacube so that everyone can test the performance & keep it only if it fits the personal needs.

This not a bait to create new , unhappy , customers.

I'm sure that this can be solved in the shop.
