Hi 🙂
I've a faulty router. wifi module is not functioning and need to restart router every few hours.
aslo is not possible to change wifi configuration from admin panel.
how could request a replacement for that?

try a factory reset first
to do so press and hold the resetbutton with a paperclip for 20 seconds

it helps for 2 days and now, wifi diconecting and ping is too high. internet connection is really unstable with wifi

If the router is broken, please call the customer hotline so it can be replaced.

yes it's, i'm using lan for work for now. also connected temporary access point to it to solve the wifi issue

I have called 2 times. they said will check soon but after 1 week nothing happens.
still using access point to connect to wifi.
what should i do. is there any email address or you are able to replace the router?
