Hi
I have been given a new Fritzbox as the old one was broken. There was was no return slip but I received an email saying I had to send it to:
Vodafone
c/o
DHL Parcel Am
Tower 222 90475 Nuremberg
Does this mean I have to pay to return a faulty item?

First of all, welcome to our community. It's nice that you are here.
In the package of the new device, there is always a return note for the previous one. Have you checked thoroughly? In which state do you live.
