Hello,
I apologize for writing in English but my German is not good. 2 days ago I received my new cable modem and the initial setup went ok. I however noticed some intermittent issues where the WiFi would drop and then come back occasionally. Them yesterday evening the modem has completely got stuck in a boot loop. I have tried various times to unplug and replug after several minutes (also different plugs), but no success. It is impossible to even access the initial page as the modem fails to initialize (and I do not have a fixed phone to try to reinitialise it to factory settings).
Would it be possible to get a replacement unit sent over?

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
