My Wi-Fi isn't working properly. A technician has already been on-site and determined that the problem is with the modem. Unfortunately, he didn't have a spare modem with him and advised me to create a new ticket. The problem is, however, that no technician has been able to come to my home since then – they're only trying to fix the problem over the phone. However, since it's a modem issue, we can't fix it ourselves. I believe the modem is defective and needs to be replaced. I'm requesting that a technician come back with a new modem to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
