Fritz!Box 6690 getting 1Mbps on 300Mbps Connection (English)

Hello All,

Sorry for using English in this forum,

I just received my Fritz!Box and install everything as per-guided that comes together.
The Internet is basically working, but the speed is capped at 1Mbps,

The Overview from FritzBox admin webconsole is show "connected Down 1,1 Mbit/s, Up 262 kbit/s"

Thanks in-advance for any help or suggestion.

Hello @FirdausF your Fritzbox is simply not yet activated by Vodafone. Please contact customer service and have the activation "triggered". Regards haegar2609
