Dear Vodafone Team,
I'm again having issues with my EasyBox 805. Every time I try downloading something somewhat large via WiFi (around and over 1Gb, be it a system update, a software or a game, etc.), my router reboots, making it impossible for me to download any updates whatsoever. I wonder if it's an overheating issue or something else? Is there maybe something in the router settings I could change to test it out?
I really hope you can help me, as I'm working from home and I need to be able to download. I've been using my mobile data so far but that can't be a long term solution. Thanks in advance!

Hey cridelve,
this sounds like some kind of hardwaredefect.
Its definitly not a known bug.
Could you please try to reset & the router and configure it with the modeminstallationcode to check, if this changes anything?
If not we'll swap the router. Therefore please send me a private message with your dsl customernumber.
