Hallo,
My device was supposed to be delivered to me on Friday (23.11.2021) but the delivery failed since I couldn't be there at the time. Now it has been returned to vodafone. How soon can a new device be dispatched to me?
Also, in case of a failed delivery due to some reason, would it be possible to route it to a packing station instead so that I can pick it up from there?
