My Contract starts from 1st of March 2023. It's a Cable Internet contract and I should have received the router by now. When I checked the Order status, it says the router was returned back as it couldn't be delivered. I am not sure how that's possible as
1. I didn't receive an tracking link that said when it is going to be delivered to my home.
2. I didn't get any notification later saying it didn't get delivered and whether it will be sent again or something
Could you please look into it and let me know? It's been hard to work at home without having the Internet
