Hello,
The Vodafone team sent me a DSL modem, but unfortunately it was sent to the wrong address. I have not found any English-speaking communication channel to ask them to send the modem to the correct address.
Can please you advise me how I can communicate with the Vodafone team about the delivery of the modem?
