Regarding Vodafone box not received

Recently i have ordered a new vodafone connection via Check24.de and i received the welcome letter and its stated that ihr anschalt termin takes place on 27.04.2022. but i its been more than 2 weeks since i ordered and i have not received the Vodafone package with MODEM and other connection boxes or devices when will i get it?

you did order internet via dsl - right?
Then we ship the router so that it arrives roughly a week before the activation date.
