Hello,
On December I cancelled (by phone ) my cable contract because I moved to a different city. The cancellation worked. Then, I wanted a new DSL contract in my new apartment. After giving all data to the agent, he told me to wait for a confirmation email and a letter with connection details. After one month, I didn't receive a confirmation email, letter, or anything, I'm also not getting charge in my bank account (which is good at least).
So, I tried to do the contract once more, this time, online and now I received an email saying that I don't have the credit worthiness. My Schufa is positive, and I have paid all Vodafone bills (3 years).
So, what is the problem? Is the first DSL contract that wasn't confirmed the problem?
Thanks

Hey roberto04,
ordering multiple dsl contracts may flag some kind of fraud indicators.
But all tests for credit worthiness are done by an external agency.
If they decide that we cannot accept you as customer, there is no way we can override this decision.
I fear that you will have to choose a new serviceprovider 😞
Cheers,
Andre

Is there a way to verify that I actually don't have any contract with you? I don't want any surprise in the future, like for example the first contract being active and get suddenly charged.
Thanks
