New DSL connection need extra help from technician. Just plugging in hardware not working

Hallo,

 

Recently we ordered new internet connection. We receive all hardware and make setup as described. But no internet connection.

Seems like we need technician to come and make some setting at home. Our neighbors say this much.

How to make this arrangement? Tried calling customer service, but they told can't find our account details
