I have had Vodafone DSL internet since 1 month now and everytime I work from home. It keeps disconnecting at least 5 times a day. I have opened tickets multiple times and the technician comes and confirms the line is running fine and closes the ticket. I tried again today to work from home and the same issue came up. It could be a faulty router as the technician suggested. Any support would be appreciated as cancelling the contract would possibly be my only option now. Thanks I’m advance.

thanks for the response. However, even after providing information on the channels, I have had no support for weeks. is there a way to get more instant support and a solution on the network issues please.
