Hi,
I suddenly lost internet yesterday, and whilst trying to get it back I reset my router. So now I need to reinstall the router, and I need my Modem Installation Code - I have this from the letter I initially received, but it does not work. When I try to request a new one, it will not allow me to select the code.
I don't speak very good German and this afternoon spoke to 4 different Customer Service advisors, who I'm sure were being very helpful but I couldn't understand what they were saying and they spoke no English.
Can anyone help me?

sorry, that your trilas via phone were not really helpful. Let's have a look in your customer account. I'll send you a new MIC asap.
Please send me your customer number and password (alternatively name, address and birth date) via private message. Additionally, I need your mobile number because the MIC will be sent via SMS.
