I have problem with my 5G giga cube. For last 3 weeks the internet connection is disappearing (have to reconnect to the router, after giving a password sometimes there is connection, sometimes it shows as there is no device connected with the router and the website closes claiming that most likely the device is unplugged). I call service desk almost every day, unfortunately no one is competent enough to solve my issue. In between I rebooted the router zylion of times, got new sim card, cleaned it 152 times and God knows what more. I got promise, that giga cube should be replaced, but for more than a week no one is contacting me. Maybe here I will be more lucky.
