No internet for past 10 days, need help

Hi All,

Firstly, my german language skills are poor and I am still learning. I tried calling vodafone customer service number and helpdesk has hung the phone directly. 

I had issue with internet from past 10days, reported it through different forums, i terminated my exisiting contract due to the same. 

Can someone throw some help here to resolve this issue (as I only get push arcor page which says "internetzugang eingeschräknt") and only that I can continue with vodafone services further if this is resolved.

You will need to contact the support in German language as German is sole contractual and thus sole support language.
