Contract not fully cancelled - please help

Hello,

 

I ordered DLS + GigaTV from Vodafone. Due to technical reason after waiting more than 3 weeks (!) Vodafone cancelled my order. They wrote it is due to technical reson and free of charge for me. Bad experience, but it happens ...

But Vodafone still keep on sending me invoices for GigaTV!

I contacted customer support via phone, send email to vodafone customer support and send normal mail to Beschwerdemanagement vodafone in Erfurt - almost 1 month ago! And ... no answer.

If Vodafone cancelled my order, please cancel it completely!!!

I do NOT WANT GigaTV if Vodafone is not able to provide me DLS connection. I ordered and agreed for a PACKAGE.

Whom should I contact that has the power to cancel it? It seems that noone in Vodafone is responsible for it ...

You have signed two contracts with different companies. First the Internet & Phone contract with Vodafone DSL and the second the GigaTV contract with Vodafone Germany / ex-Kabel Deutschland. If a contract does not come into effect because it cannot be technically implemented, this unfortunately does not affect the second contract, since it works.

Hi MaciekJ,

 

in this case, the TV contract should have been revoked separately. Giga TV is independent of the DSL contract.
