Hi ,
I am filling contact form to cancel my dsl contract. But I am not sure what to add in "Ihr persönliches Kunden- oder Teilnehmerpasswort" or Customer /subscriber password. I checked my contract there is no such password mentioned. Please help. @Andre

You set this customer password while ordering the contract...
The other way would be to send a written cancellation notice using postal mail if you cannot remember that customer password.
And please keep in mind to send the cancellation in German language.
