I recieved my easybox and received mail with MIC. I connected modem and all lamps on it are green - then I tried to activate modem myself but always get an error "MIC is incorrect" - can I activate modem before techincian visit me? My terman date is in a week, could you do something and give me possibiity to use Internet without your technical man visits me?

Yevgen, in your welcome letter that we sent you by e-mail, it says whether technician visit is necessary or not.
The technician comes from the Telekom and from there also comes the appointment assignment for the connection. We can therefore not activate anything before the appointment.
I can only ask you for patience.
