"Zweite Leitung"

Hello,


First of all I don't know if writing in English is ok but I'll do it anyway since my German grammar is not the best.


So few days ago I ordered a basic internet + phone package for my stepfather. Yesterday we got it installed by a technician and it works just fine.


Since we are already using internet/phone from another provider (Telekom) we decided to keep the same phone number.

Filled and sent the form to Unitymedia. 

Right now I logged into my account and under "Aufträge" it says something weird:


"Auftrag Nr. 168xxxx0. Serviceänderung. 3KONF, NREMP, Telefonanschluss, 2play START 30, Zweite Leitung"


I would like to know what it means this "Zweite leitung"? We don't need 2 phones obviously..


Our currect contract with Telekom is going to end on 13.08.18

P.S. you can reply in German or English since I speak both.

check your "Auftragsbestätigung" there are your products and Prices listed.

you dont need 2.Leitung (Cost 5,- Euro p.month)

your telephone nr. from telekom switch to the connect box, when your telekom account is over.

until this time you have a Unitymedia nr. at the connect box telephone line.
