- Which modem / router do you use? model CGA4233DE
- Do you use a rental device from us or do you have your own device ? Rental
- Which error occurs? (Speed too low; packet loss) Send screenshots of speed tests (with date and time) and tracerts / ping plotter measurements for packet loss or ping problems - red light blinking and no internet connection even though my wifi drop down still shows this connection as being available. Tried to do a speed test and it just keeps spinning with no result.
- Which browser do you normally use? Chrome
- What operating system do you have on your computer? Apple

- Upload a screenshot of the signal values . You can find this in the user interface of your cable router via 192.168.0.1 or via 192.168.178.1 at the Fritzbox. - T ried to access this page but it says This page isn't working 192.168.0.1 didn't send any data
