Hello, for 4 days my internet connection is not working. After several days of talking to your support people and Vodafone store we were told you are working at the network and it was supposed to have internet access yesterday 14.02.2020. Not even today at 19.08 we dont have internet access. Again call you and went to Vodafone store and besides the arrogant attitude of your people, not saying purely incompetent they threathen us with police. Are you for real? We are customers, so you are paid from our bills. I think this kind of attitude is beyond appropiate, I work at Vodafone and I will personally take care to complain about this aberant and incompetent and unprofessional attitude. IT IS OUTRAGEOUS. I dont think such a brand as Vodafone should tolerate this kind of behavior. IF SOME OF YOUR EMPLOYEES DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS I WILL TAKE CARE TO UNDERSTAND IT AND I WILL TAKE ALL NECESSARY MEASURES SO THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE BE PUNISHED. I WILL WRITE ALSO TO AUTHORITIES AS I HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS AS A CUSTOMER THAT PAYS YOU GUYS TO BE TREATED APPROPRIATE. AND BY THE WAY WHO WILL PAY FOR THE DAYS I COULD NOT BENEFIT OF THE SERVICES I PAY FOR??? SHAME ON YOU...THAT YOU TOLERATE SUCH A BEHAVIOR. THIS IS THE LAST COMPLAIN I WILL MAKE. I WILL MOVE TO COMPETITION. IT IS OUTRAGEOUS TO BE THREATHEN ON MY MONEY CAUSE OF YOUR ISSUES AND INCOMPETENCE. I WILL MAKE SURE VODAFONE GROUP WILL FIND OUT AND ALSO LOCAL AUTHORITIES RELATED TO CUSTOMERS RIGHTS.

a) Have you already called the technical support hotline and filed there a complain about the outage? If not, why? Please note that Service is ONLY available in German langauge (as sole contractual language) and in other languages only on a best-effort base [which could also mean that there is no support for other languages except German language at all].

If you threaten store people in that way, you are clearly overstepping German laws and it's the stores owners right to:
1) remove you from the store [so called "Hausrecht"]
2) call the police if you don't obey his orders in order to get you removed [and the police will then take additional means against you as you have NO right to take ANY measures.

Feel free to do that - I'm pretty sure authorities will tell you that your line with 4 days downtime is not even next to the contractually agreed service level of 98.5% (which means over 5 days offline). And they'll also tell you that they won't take any means at all if you cannot provide proof of your outage notification together with an appropriate deadline to fix the issues.

No one - as long as you cannot provide proof that you had an existing loss of money. But even then, it'd only constitute rights up to the maximum of a similar connecion (e.g. only the base fees for a similar connection like a mobile network day flat or so). And for end customer lines (non business lines) thats usually only the partial monthly fee (on a base of the days that you experienced the outage) - no income loss or similar as you are not allowed to use the line for any kind of business [or if you do, there will be no revenue of any loss at all].

Feel free to do so - but don't expect them to be faster, except you'll have contracts with such service levels (which are usually much more costly than end-customer lines). There might be even lower service level agreements on that lines - so even a longer accepted downtime.

I think you don't even have a clue on German rights system. We're not in the United States - and if you don't obey German laws (e.g. threatening employees) -or- don't understand what "service level agreement" means, nobody can help you. Local authorities will not take any means if contracts are fullfilled as due (especially if service level agreements are still met - even due to outages).
