No / Slow Internet connection.

Hello,

Sometime yesterday (02/07) I lost my internet connection.

The modem showed two green lights (power and @) the @ sign was blinking rappidly (sync?) and switched to a slow stady blink (auth?).

This state remained until midnight, then, I got some internet connection but with lots of lost pings and really slow. (I got a 200 mb connection)

This state still continue today (03/07).

I performed the usual power off / on, checking the cables routine but I guess that’s not the issue, as the modem was able to sync.

 

any chance of getting help?

Dear Team,

 

I have taken Vodafone Internet and Telephone connection on 22.Oct 2019 with 100 MBPS as download speed.It was working good for 3-4 days and then I started facing issues with the internet speed.I was trying to reach out to the Global customer support team on their telephone number but I do not see any English speaking and also was not able to get connected to the support executive.I visited the store where I have taken the connection to register my complaint but they gave the same number for complaints which is not so helpfull.

I am getting a speed of 30 Mbps and also there is lot of issues while using whats app call even.Speed seems to be nightmar for me as I am not able to use it at all.I hardly have multiple connection(Using 1 laptop and 2 monbile connected) and I dont think connection of this speed should cause any issues at all.

Its been 2 weeks since I am facing the issues.Could you please help me to resolve the issue and get me connected to English speaking executive please.
