Dear all,   

I already have raised a ticket with number as below, mentioning that my Internet connection is not working for past 3 days. It only works for the first 2-3 minutes when I restart the Vodafone box at my house. All the lights are fine (4 of them on the Vodafone home Box) . I have done all the checks of checklist and then called your helpline to raise a ticket.

This is already 3 times in my first 3 months of contract and is exceptionally bad.  You contact center doesn't speak English at all and not all of them are patient with the little German i know. So, please help to normalize the internet connection at my home.     

The ticket raised yesterday was closed without any improvement.  003-0xxxx
