My Cable internet connection is down

Hello,

My cable internet connection went down suddenly since yesterday morning. The internet lid "@" is blinking all the time, and the phone lid is off.

• Red Internet & Phone 400 Cable
• Vodafone cable router CH7466CE
• Rented from vodafone
• No Internet connection (neither phone lines)
• I'm connected through the LAN / wired
• Firefox and Chrome
• MacOS and iOS
• since yesterday morning Mon, May 4th
• I live in Leipzig center

What I've tried so far:

1. Restarted the router
2. Resetted the router
3. Changed the internet cable from the socket to the router

To mention it again, the internet was disconnected suddenly while I was watching a movie. No one have changed anything near the router.
