I have a Red Internet and Phone 250 Cable with the 50mb/s upload option. I am connected with LAN cabel to the router and my download speed is 260-280 mb/s but my upload is around 5-10. I just moved to my new apartment and i changed the provider to Vodafone, there was no problem with 1000/100 before with the same setup. But now i can't even reach 15 up.
