Kabel Modem Red Light Flashing

Hello, I have a problem with my internet. I’ve already called the customer service. Unfortunately, they are not allowed to speak english. I need to fix the problem since I’m working from home. 

I'm using Kabel Modem. All lights are okay except internet one ( flashing red ).

which router do you use? Do you have a new contract or did the connection work already? In which federal state do you live?
