Issues with new DSL connection

This is my first request and it has a wrong address, I requested this at Vodafone Ostbanhof Munich.

But when I went to them again for change of address. This is the pathetic thing in a fast forwarding world.

I have a new connection at Vodafone Ottobrunn with the correct address, Please find the details below:

xxx

Please proceed to the following: " The date is 7th Nov 2018 and i am waiting for vodafone to confirm the same." I can not speak English :.
