Last month the internet connection is very unstable.
Ping in online games goes very high periodically.
Dropping connection, so I have to reboot the router.
How can this be fixed?
Thank you in advance.
EDIT: @gaaarfild moved to cable section

Hello gaaarfild,
I made the task for the technician, you will receive a call for the appointment. You may switch to the Fritzbox 6591 or 6490 for a one time fee of 29,99€. They have a monthly rent, which is 6,99€ or 4,99€ respectively.
Kind regards,
Claudia

Hello Claudia,
So If i understand correct, I have to pay for the router one time and also pay monthly? Right?
Then, to keep the price on the same level I'd like to lower the speed to 100Mbps.
Kindesgt regards,
Dinar.

Hi Dinar,
Yeah, you got that right. The rental fee is payable monthly.
We can change your contract to 100 MBit/s immediately. With the Fritzbox 6490 you are then monthly at 39,98€, if you take the 6591 it costs 41,98€ per month.
Just let us know what you want and we will take care of it.
Best Regards, Manu

So after technic's visit, for 2 days it was almost no problems. And today it started again. The same reboots. One after another and speed drops to 0. Very often. Internet is almost unusable.
Let's try then:
FritzBox 6591
And downgrade the speed to 100kb/s.
If this won't help, I expect that you'll cancel the contract on demand.
As you see, I tried all options. This is the last one. I hope it will be successful.
Kindest regards,
Dinar.

Hello Dinar,
if you want the neu 6591, you can order it in your own customer porrtal and see the details on it.
And did you realy want to switch to 100Mbps? The changes (contract and 6591) cannot be made in one step.

Jens

Hello Jens,
I will go with another ISP.
I guess they will ask for a Vodafone contract cancellation on my behalf.
Sorry, I tried enough. I was even willing to pay my money to fix your problem. But as it didn't work out, I think I have all rights to cancel the contract. I can't afford unreliable internet anymore, as my work is based on internet. So I'll start loosing money if I won't have a reliable connection.
Kindest regards,
Dinar.

Hello gaaarfild,
you wanted to try the other Fritzbox with a other contract. We had given the details.
A further troubleshooting would not take place for the reason.
And now you want to cancel the contract without further notice?
Sorry, but that is not possible.

Jens

Hello Jens,
Fritzbox was only the option wich I wanted to try myself. But Then I decided that I don't want to pay more money just to get the service. I'm already paying a lot for the internet. And I don't want to pay more. I don't understand why should I pay for the device once and then also pay monthly too. And it wont guarantee me any stable internet anyway. I can just go with an other ISP which will instead pay me to be their customer.
So question is:
Do I have the rights to stop the contract if you as an ISP not providing the proper quality of a service?
For 9 months?
Regards,
Dinar.

Hello gaaarfild,
You can forward the cancellation with a deadline via the contact form. At this point we cannot cancel anything.
Best regards Fred

I can't do anything in my Vodafone cabinet.
That's what I get even after adding my contract there:
