Last month the internet connection is very unstable.
Ping in online games goes very high periodically.
Dropping connection, so I have to reboot the router.
How can this be fixed?
Thank you in advance.

Hello gaaarfild,
does this affect all websites at that moment or only certain ones? Is the Internet unstable all day? Or only at certain times?

About form input error: Browser: Google Chrome Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit) MacOS
Input form doesn't work. So that's the only way I'm able to reply. It's for all websites. Just no internet. On WiFi connection status is "Connecten, no internet connection". The problem with Ping is also very important.

I would say it's not so regular. Mostly it's on the weekends. But also it happened sometimes not on times of high load.

Hello gaaarfild,
your access looks good right now. You mentioned WiFi, did you test through LAN as well? When was the last disconnect?
Kind regards
Claudia

Hello Caludia,
Disconnects are rare, comparing to ping problems. Ping raises very often. Every +-10 minutes it raises to 200-300 ms and then it goes down during around 10 seconds. Very hard to play online.
Cheers,
Dinar.

Hi Wallace,
The last disconnect was 28.07.2018 around 11:30.
I have no ability to test through LAN as I don't have wires in my flat.
But disconnect last time happened that day. And ping problem happens always.
Kindest regards,
Dinar.

Hello gaaarfild,
WiFi can be affected by many factors, so it would be best if you could find a way to test through LAN. Did you try out the usual actions like switching to another channel or trying to improve the WiFi signal?
Kind regards
Claudia
