I have tried to do the self installation, however I cannot connect to the internet. The error is DOCSIS offline

can you reach the GUI of the router? Do you have a contract with formerly Unitymedia or Vodafone Kabel Deutschland? If the latter, please send me a private message with the following information:

- your name

- the full address

- the birth date of the contract owner

- the MAC address of the router

- a phone number
