Hello, I am the cable user. In this weekend, the internet in my home was totally broken. I cannot connect the internet throught the cable router. Also, the Hotspot/Homespot near my home is also broken. Thus, I doubt the issue may be raised from Vodafone problem.
I've tried to contact via Whatsapp but I don't get any response. The service phone call is also German speaking only.
I don't know how and who I can ask for help.
Could the people or the Moderator redirect me to the right person?
