Can't reach to English customer support

Hello Vodafone Customer service,

I have tried a lot of times to reach English customer support by calling 08001721212 then say "Operator" load and clear, it doesn't work at all !! .

please help I need to talk to customer service to get my Customer password.

You won't get the customer password from the hotline as the password is for identification purposes against the hotline.
Usually you either got the password by mail -or- you specified it at the store where you made the contract.

Added tag (s): I made the contract via phone, It was moving from Vodafone Kable to DSL

Please check the whole bunch of paperwork you got with the DSL contract - usually the password should be listed there (except you previously had a Vodafone mobile contract, then it's equal to the one from the mobile contract)
