Cable Internet Fritz!box 6591 internet not working

Hello

I subscribed to Vodafone Cable Internet and received the Fritz! Box 6591 router. I connected it to the cable as per the instructions but I still no internet connection.

I can open the router configurations which indicates that there's no internet. And cable status always connecting

I tried to call the customer support but my German is very weak because I'm new here.

I have urgent needs for home internet so please I don't want to stay in the row for weeks until fixing the problem. Please.

Please help me.

The technician came and did his work in a great way. The internet is working now.
