WLAN-FLAT-HOTSPOT not working

Hi,

 I  have subscribed for WLAN-FLAT-HOTSPOT, and i have received confirmation of my order via an e-mail with activatin code. When I try to login to https://hotspot.vodafone.de/service/#/login with my credetianls I see the below message: 

Lieber Vodafone Kunde,
um Hotspot-Logins anlegen zu können, müssen Sie Teilnehmer am Vodafone Homespot-Service sein, oder über eine WLAN-Hotspot-Flat verfügen. Weitere Informationen finden Sie hier.

Can somebody please help in resolving the issue?
