Payment unsuccessful but was not refund

Hi Community,

I was trying to purchase 3 times Vodafone hotspot online on the English page but the payments failed and got cancelled. On the 4th time I tried on the German page and it worked. However the 3 previous unsuccessful payments were charged on my credit card and not refunded. The 3 cancellation ticket number are (2113975, 2113799 and 2113834)

please have a look at the hotspots page. Below the "Häufige Fragen" you will find the ways to contact (Kontakt) us about ticket purchases. Unfortunately we can't help you.
