Homespot connection failed

Hi,

I have been using a homepot account for the past few months.  But from 2 days ago non of my devices can see vodafone homespot. My address is E. xxx, 22607. Can you please check the HomeSpot router in this area? I did not have a problem with HomeSpot before.

do you still have the hotspot ID of the affected spot? Did you see several spots or only one? There is no outdoor spot in this area.
