I ordered WLAN-Hotspot-Flat for my short trip to germany. Now Im unable to cancel it. 
I already spent enormous amount of time trying. There is no english support. All customer support that I can find is chat bots, that dont understand me. There is no cancellation options in MyVodafone. Where can I get help on my issue?

I have looked at it and unfortunately your message from May was not very meaningful. Therefore your cancellation request could not be processed yet. I have now set the termination for the WLAN hotspot flat. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The costs will be incurred as long as this takes place.

Hi, 

I received an email from Vodafone stating I have new documents ready and a link attached to access them- vodafone.de/meinedokumente.  Is that the confirmation email that you were referring to?

when I click on the link I dont see any documents. See printscreen "mydocs.jpg".

you have to add your contract there to be able to access the documents in your customer portal. You should also have received the cancellation by e-mail. Also have a look into your spam folder. Please let me know if you have found it. Otherwise I will send it to you again.
