Hello,
I am cable customer since years.
I subscribed to GigaKombi so that I have also a RedXS without Smartphone SIM card since some weeks.
Where can I find invoices relative to mobile telephony?
I ask this because if I login with my cable account I do not see 1st invoice relative to mobile phone.
I have this invoice because I called you and then I got via email.
It reports different Kundennumer compared to one had been assigned to e years ago for Cable contract.
Could you please help me to get this and future mobile invoices?
At this moment I have only login assigned to me when I became cable customer

Hi @medicol,
The best and easy way to get your invoice and information about your tariff is using the MeinVodafone app.
But you can also integrate your mobile telephony contract into the MeinVodafone web portal. There is a FAQ entry but only in German language. 😞
You only need:
- Mobile phone number
- Customer password
