Query Regarding Cancellation

Hi Team, I am using Gigacube max. I will be relocating to my native country in a months time. I would like to know whats the cancellation porocedure and where i need to send them. Also is there a notice perios for this considering the deregistration can only be done a week in porior to leaving country.

Hey @rigin,

when have you signed for the contract?

Moving abroad is no reason to cance the contract before the 24 month period is done.

Your cancellation request must be here 3 monthe before the period is over.

For example: If you made the contract on 10th march 2017 your contract can be cancelled to the 10th march 2019 but you must tell us that you want to end the contract untill 9th january 2019 otherwise the contract will be prolonged.

Hi Boris. Thanks for your reply. While taking the connection, I was informed by the VF store that the contract can be canceled. Now you are saying a deadly different version. When i deregister myself from Germany I would not be able to continue with the connection. Please suggest a way forward.
