Hi Team,
I have raised a request for port in to Vodafone from Leabra and today at 16:03 time I got confimration mail from Lebara stating the request has been processed from their end and my number is set to be avialble for porting and also informed to pass this to Vodafone so that Vodafone can start the process.
And now I got a mail from Vodafone stating the request was cancelled, I'm not sure about the reason behind it, and now can't even able to raise new Port in request in Vodafone website, so requesting you to please proceed with the porting process.

This usually means that either:
a) your customer data are NOT exactly identical (especially additional names and different address data lead to this)
-or-
b) you don't have enough cash on your old card in order to pay the porting fee.
