Hello, 

 

First of all, I think there has been some overcharge on my phone bills this month. 

I did travel to India and used data for one day which will cost me 8 Euros. 

However, I got more than 100 Euros in the end which is exceeding way more than usual. 

 

Second of all, I got to know today from one of your chat employees that I have been registered for something, which by the way I have never did. 

For this I was charged for 5 Euros or something per week. I don't even know the contents which were being charged. 

 

For first and second please let me know how this payment was made and change it back to normal.

 

Third, several months ago, there were some mistakes which Vodafone Hildesheim made with my contract. 

I got to know about this due to some overcharging issues. When I talked with the staff at the store, they said they will change back to the event price of GIGA combi contract where I will have 13 GB per month and also provide me refunds for which were overcharged and compensation for not having to use the service for more than 3~4 months. I am still waiting for this to happen. Now I am running out of my patience. I have given my email two times and I haven't recieved anything yet.  If nothing happens soon I will have to contact my lawyer. 

 

Lastly, please call me if you can. I cannot go through your German voice machines in the service centers.

First of all: The "Reisepaket World" for 7.99 € per Day (00:00 to 24:00 German time, NOT Local time!) only inludes 100 MB of data - if you exceed this limit, you'll have to pay additional 0,20 € per MB (compare https://www.vodafone.de/meinvodafone/css/tarif_info/reisepaket-world.html).
Usually this should be stated on your invoice if you exceeded the daily included values...

Second: Without the detailled name of the package, it's impossible to help...

Third: You only get any kind of GigaKombi discount, if you have other plans to combine with...
And please check your written contract agreement for the agreed pricing details - before going to a lawyer...

And the last thing: Sole contractual language is German - you may therefor ask a friend, neighbor or colleague to help you if you have any questions about your contract if you are not confident enough in speaking German. But there is no need for Vodafone to provide any kind of service in another language except German.
