Hello to the Vodafone DE team.
I used to have a Kabel & Mobile Phone plan from June 2016 until June 2017.
However, after June 2017 one part of the package stopped charging as requested (22,99 per month) but the other part of the package (41,99 per month) kept charging and is still charging to this day.
Can you please cancel the account and then refund the amounts that you have over charged me which is June until November 2018 at 41,99 per month for a total of 251,49 EUR.

For your questions:
If you made a cable plan in June 2016, it usually rans 24 months - but it seems that you have moved to an area that could not be served and in so far your contract was prematurely cancelled, right?
If so: Please be informed that a mobile plan cannot be prematurely cancelled as you can still use it at your new location (even if you have to pay roaming fes). Therefor your mobile contract would have run until June 2018 (if you sent the cancellation in time, e.g. 3 months before its end in June).
It's up to you to provide proof to Vodafone that you have sent the cancellation and that it was received by Vodafone - only in that case, the contract end date can be adjusted back. Otherwise your contract has renewed for another year in June.
