Hello, 

 

Around some weeks ago I signed up online with Vodafone for the home internet and a phone contract. The online person told me to go to a Vodafone shop (Alexanderplatz) so I can sign the contract and show my residence document (I am a foreigner working in Berlin). I went to the shop and the person told me that the girl from the call had made a mistake on the contract and she had forgotten to add some discount and had misspelled my name which affected my Shufa document. He said that he will change the contract details and the name. I asked him if I could still cancel in 14 days in case I don't like the service and he said that I can. I signed the contract and went home. 

 

I got back to the shop to cancel the mobile contract because I didn't like the service. In my home I barely got 1 line of reception. I went there, told him that I want to cancel, and filled a form. I left my sim card in the shop and I left. 

 

Recently I checked my bank account and I see 2 bills from Vodafone. One was around 5 euro and the other one 63 euro. I got bad because I had canceled the contract. I went to the Vodafone shop again before a week, and I talked to another person there. He said that I was have 3 active contracts, 2 for mobile and one for the home internet. He said that One phone contract was made online and the other on the shop. He said that he will talk to his colleague (the person who I signed the contract with) and he would get back to be after 4 days which have passed. 

 

Now I have no idea how to express the horrible customer service. I am now in a position where I should have no phone contracts BUT I AM HAVE 2 MOBILE CONTRACTS. 

 

It's impossible to get someone to speak English on your mobile support because there is no option on the menu. 

I want to cancel these 2 contracts as soon as possible and I want a full refund for all the bills.

sounds like a really negative experience with Vodafone.

 

I will try to give you a solution.

 

So please send me all of your account numbers from Vodafone including the passwords via PN.
