Hi,

I really like to understand how can I split my current contract with my ExGirlfriend.

Timeline:

29th May 2019 - We both visit Vodafone branch on  Grunerstr. 20 Alexa, 10179 Berlin, Filled form in front of clerk for separation of mobile account and show within the branch: Registration, Passports, New IBAN and filled documents he sent to the form via post (OK!).

May 30, 2019 - Send mail to the proper address

23rd April 2019 - Charged 118.98 for both numbers (WTF n. 1)

25th April 2019 - Visit branch Wilmersdorfer Str. 59, 10627 Berlin (just my ex-girlfriend) clerk said that central could not read form?!?!? !!?!? (which filled in  Grunerstrasse 20 Alexa, 10179 Berlin in front of your staff). He said they need to approve for split account?!?!?! See a list of things what I already provided.

30th April 2019 - Another visit Vodafone branch on  Grunerstr. 20 Alexa, 10179 Berlin Klerk got my passport scan and said it is solved by this.

21st May 2019 - I got charged AGAIN for both numbers (WTF n. 2).

Please tell me what can I split my phone numbers. I am really happy with the service, but I am not willing to pay another month for my ex-girlfriend phone.

Hi jurasek,

welcome to our community. Smiley (fröhlich)

I'm really sorry that it's so hard for you to split the contracts. You just need to take this form and send it with a copy of  your identity card and it is important, that the new contract owner has a German bank account.

Just send the documents to the address you can find in the form or send it to us via our contact form.

BR,

Dany
